White Boxes –
Description: Basic plumbing for new malls, strip centers, and retail centers. We are capable of installing all of the groundwork, either storm or sanitary, all waste and venting above ground level and install any gas piping to roof top units or unit heaters with taps for future fixtures. We can install anything the owner or management may need including grease traps and oil or sand interceptors.
Having this basic plumbing installed prepares the property so that the white boxes can be sold or leased to companies.

Video Camera Inspection –
We have state of the art equipment and can make a video record of any piping from large to small. In addition, we are able to check the integrity of the pipes and fittings, to observe the grade of the waste piping, and to look for any deficiencies such as obstructions or separations in the system.
Our equipment is capable of pipeline locating. It has a transmitter at the head of the cable which sends a signal to our locating wand that our plumber is operating at the ground level. This is able to locate and track the path of any piping systems, and pinpoint any problem at any place and give you an accurate depth down to the pipe. This saves time and money when there is a problem and an excavation of a system is required to make a repair.

High Power Sewer Jetting –
Using a specialized nozzle and a large amount of high pressure of water we can cut any obstruction and break it down to many small particles. What once was a stoppage becomes waste that will easily flow down stream in the sewer system.
This high pressure jetting is essential in emergency situations to clear stoppages, and also as maintenance tool to clean and scour the side walls of piping to have a clean sewer system to reduce the chance of stoppages.

Backflow Protection –
            All commercial buildings should have some form of backflow protection and or cross connection protection. This protects the end user (you) from becoming ill or worse (death) due to contaminated potable water.
            We install backflow devices in buildings and in homes as well as certify these devices once a year. This once a year test of the backflow device ensures your safety.
            If the backflow device fails the inspection, we are able to repair or replace the device.

Sewer Rooter Equipment –
If you have slow drains and/or a stoppage of your sanitary or storm system, we are able to snake the drain piping and either push the stoppage to a larger pipe and break it up while moving the debris or we can install a different head on the snake and can retrieve the obstruction and pull it back to the beginning point.
If obstructions are too hard to use the snake, we may try jetting the pipe to clear the obstruction.
