My name is Christopher Stewart and I am the Director of Operations of Piece Management, Inc., a general contractor in the greater DC Metro area.  I have been working in this region for 10 years now, and there are very few sub contractors, and no plumbing contractors, that I would recommend as highly as First Call Plumbing.

   I have used many other plumbers in my time here, but none of them are as responsive, competent, and professional as First Call.  I have used them for bid work, service work, and emergencies – and they have always come through.  I know most of their mechanics on a first name basis, and they have, on many occasions, helped me and my clients to solve problems with local codes, grease traps, analysis of waste issues, and (most frequently) previous work done by less competent plumbers. 

  As a contractor performing commercial renovations and service work for high-end restaurants and retail, I have to hold a higher standard for work performed by my sub-contractors – and those standards include a quick response to my needs, reliable and knowledgeable mechanics, clear and concise invoicing and estimates, and the integrity to stand by their work and warranties.  No one, in my experience, has held up to these standards as well as First Call Plumbing.
